Start with a Flower In A Bag!
This Earth Day, we're coming together where petals meet pranayama, a one-of-a-kind sensory meditation experience co-created by Pop Up Prana and Hometown Flower Co.
Surrounded by the season's most vibrant blooms, harvested with purpose straight from the farm, you'll be gently guided through breathwork and meditation that grounds your body, quiets your mind, and opens your senses to the living earth around you. An ikebana-inspired centerpiece workshop will follow, allowing you to ground yourself into nature and immerse yourself with the beautiful flowers of the season.
Arrive, exhale, and manifest your creation to reflect your meditation. Each participant will leave with a hand-crafted floral arrangement in a premium ceramic bowl with metal flower frog to carry the energy of the practice home.
No meditation or floral design experience necessary. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down and bloom.
