Quail Hill Farm is one of the original Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farms in the U.S. Located on the South Fork’s Amagansett, on land donated to the Peconic Land Trust by Deborah Ann Light, the 35-acre farm was established in 1990 and currently serves over 250 families. The farm’s mission is to educate the public concerning such issues as soil health, our seed supply, food security, and sustainable, organic farming practices. Though primarily a vegetable farm, Quail Hill Farm grows an impressive set of flower varieties throughout the season, including Ageratum, Amaranth, Bachelor’s Button, Bells of Ireland, Blue Flax, Celosia, Cherry Blossom, Cyprus Vine, Delphinium, Autumn Olive, and more.
