Start with a Flower In A Bag!
Grab your best gals and join us for an evening of flowers and uplifting fun on Friday, February 9th. Co-hosted by Certified Celebrant Danielle Giannone, we will show ourselves love and fill our hearts, literally and metaphorically, with beauty and joy.
We will begin by individually releasing the negative self-talk we experience and labels that others have put onto us which we do not want for ourselves, so that we may make space in our hearts for more self-definition and self-love to grow.
In the 90-minute guided floral portion of the workshop, each participant will create an everlasting dried 6” floral heart wreath composed of naturally dried, un-dyed/non-bleached flowers.
We will then end the evening with a meditation and gentle movement exercise rooted in positive self-talk and loving affirmations. We will practice lifting ourselves up - the same way our best gals do for us!
(NOTE: In our ritual exercises, no sharing is required. Though experiences will be done together as a group, your own reflection will be done silently.)
