Our workshops are designed for flower lovers who want to learn more about the basics of floral design in a fun and engaging way. They’re perfect for those looking for a unique social activity, or for folks looking to explore a passion or new hobby. We’ll get off our phones and reconnect with nature as we let the flowers guide us to create a unique piece of floral art that is reflective of our own personal style. 

Each workshop includes basic fundamental guidelines for floral design: how to properly prep and condition flowers; the right way to cut and handle stems depending on varieties; designing the right size for your vessel; utilizing Hometown’s signature design style to create with lots of different types of florals and textures; and how to care for your flowers for maximum enjoyment. All workshops are appx 90 minutes and include an assortment of floral varieties and materials displayed in a flower bag setting, as well as all tools and supplies required.
